An Irish Italian Wedding
A wedding in Ireland in an abandoned farm on the banks of the Blackwater for an Italian Heiress overlooking the family Castle.
Now we had a little help from our friends, but this wedding was the epitome of shabby-CHIC. We had chandeliers in a milking shed, espresso martinis by candlelight in the old tractor shed and Shane Connolly's flowers made to look like they'd grown there.

Fish Supper
A Josh Niland curated fish dinner at The University of Sydney with a sea urchin crumpets food station followed by a seated dinner of barbequed monkfish and clay-baked celeriac served in its clay whole with a spoon.
Smoke machines, mirrored ceiling high columns and ice blocks of whole fish.

A Birthday Party Full of Surprises
Imagine it's your birthday and you are turning a round number beginning in seven; you don't sell fridges, but you own S... and you want a party.
A glasshouse built for the party to seat four hundred which shot horizontally out from the hill overlooking a lake below for dinner. The ceiling of white flowers reflected in the mirrored table tops. After dinner, and many name-able performers, the can-can dancers lead the guests down through a secret trap door in the stage to an under-ground nightclub for a night the guests would never forget.
