With over 15 years’ experience working in catering, Zoë, at The Quote Kitchen, has a plethora of knowledge of the industry.  

Beginning in the kitchen, Zoë's career crossed into Sales and Planning, following a degree in Hospitality Management. Experience across multiple caterers has given Zoë a wide understanding of the industry: from the most luxurious small events to large, multi-day conferences across more than 75 London event venues as well as many private homes and overseas.​

Writing creative proposals has won each of these events for the caterers with whom Zoë has worked.

OUR SERVICES

Bespoke proposals to full event management

A garden party with people dressed in suits. the upper half of the picture shows trees and the roof of a building. the lower half of the picture shows a mass of people having a party surrounded by white flowers and green foliage. there is a marquee to the right of the image. The venue is Chelsea Physic Garden and the party is catered by Mustard Catering for a corporate event.

The table is set with white linen, glassware, flowers and lamps with yellow lampshades. The room is lit up from the ground with red uplighters. the floor has a pattern of squares made of tiles.
A mirrored bar with two chairs in front with leather seats fill the bottom half of the image. the bar is topped with white marble and has flower arrangements on both ends. there are cocktail ingredients and shakers on the bar. there are two bar men wearing black waistcoats, white shirts and black ties, they both have brown hair and beards, they are both smiling. The bar is set in a gallery in the Royal Academy of Arts, London. There is a marble relief of a woman with a black surround on the wall behind the bar which is above a marble fireplace..

Working as Head of Events at a predominantly-wedding venue: Zoë has seen every style of wedding there can be and can turn this experience to create the perfect proposal to suit your client. 

As well as in venue catering, Zoë has worked on prestigious weddings for the rich and famous in England and overseas in France, Australia and Ireland from which can be incorporated beautiful details to tantalise your client's every whim. The beauty of weddings can take many forms: from the most elegant and classical to the whimsical and downright odd.

PRIVATE PARTIES

A private party is where the creative juices really get flowing: from an intimate dinner at the V&A hosting HRH the late Queen Elizabeth II to a swinging two storey marquee in the country for 500 of one's nearest and dearest with Julio Inglesias and the cast of Mr Selfridge...The Quote Kitchen has seen it all and can dream of even more.

Charity events are full of fun, jollity and seriousness:

Elton John's Aids Foundation, Children in Need and The National Theatre are just a few that The Quote Kitchen has worked for of the many wonderful charities and fundraisers: Large and small events across a wide range of venues and budgets.
